1.1. This Agreement defines the terms of use by Users (Buyers) of the materials and services of the vinadi.com.ua website (hereinafter — the Site, website, online store).

1.2. This Agreement, in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, is a public contract (offer) and is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons, regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur), who wish to purchase goods in the vinadi.com.ua online store. Sellers of goods may be other third parties (not the Administration) who use vinadi.com.ua services to sell their goods on the Internet. Information about such sellers is provided by the Administration upon request of the User (Buyer).

1.3. Since this Agreement is a public offer, by accessing the materials of the Site, the User (Buyer) is considered to have joined this Agreement.

1.4. The Administration of the vinadi.com.ua Site (site owner or authorized persons) has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The new or amended Agreement becomes valid after its publication on the Site. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must stop accessing the Site and discontinue use of its materials and services.

1.5. The Buyer agrees to this public offer in full and without reservations when placing an Order on the Site.

1.6. The Visitor (Buyer) confirms that all terms of this Agreement are clear to them and are accepted in full and without reservation.

2.1. To place orders on the Site, the User (Buyer) may complete a registration procedure and provide the required information according to the form.

2.2. During registration, the User (Buyer) agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves and their contact details for the Administration to fulfill its obligations and deliver the purchased Goods.

2.3. During registration, the User (Buyer) creates a login (email) and password, for the security of which they are responsible. The User agrees not to disclose this data to third parties and to store it securely. All actions performed under the login and password are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

3.1. Information provided by the User (Buyer) is confidential. The Administration uses it solely to fulfill Orders unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

3.2. We are not responsible for loss or damage of goods during return shipping. We recommend using delivery services with tracking and insurance.

3.2. By filling out the registration form on vinadi.com.ua, the Visitor (Buyer) voluntarily consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Administration for the following purposes: processing Orders, providing order information, sending promotional and special offers, updates, campaigns, or other information related to vinadi.com.ua via electronic communication (email, mobile), as well as for other commercial purposes.

3.3. For these purposes, the Administration may send letters, messages, and materials to the Visitor’s (Buyer’s) postal address, email, as well as SMS messages and make phone calls. The Administration may record phone calls to improve service quality, to which the Visitor (Buyer) gives full consent.

3.4. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees to the use of cookies. Cookies do not contain personal data and cannot read information from the user’s device. They are used to improve service quality, identify users, save preferences, track sessions, and analyze behavior. Cookies are also used for advertising purposes. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the site.

3.4.1. The Buyer grants the Administration the right to process their personal data, including storing it in databases, accumulating, updating, and modifying it as necessary. The Administration undertakes to protect the data from unauthorized access and not to transfer it to third parties, except partners or authorized entities or in cases required by law.

3.5. If the Visitor (Buyer) does not wish to receive promotional messages, they may opt out by contacting the Administration or adjusting settings in their account.

3.6. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by the Visitor (Buyer). The Buyer bears full responsibility for the correctness of the provided information and all related risks.
